If you are a member of National's Emerald Club Executive or Avis First tier, you can become a Hertz Five Star member. If you are in National's Emerald Club Executive Elite or Avis President's Club, you can become a Hertz President's Circle member.

How to Request Status Match:

After you have enrolled in Hertz Gold, just send an email to Hertzstatusmatch@hertz.com to request match and provide Proof of Identity and Proof of Status on the email.

A. Proof of identity (all items listed are required)

Customer First and Last Name as it appears on your Hertz account
Customer address as it appears on your Hertz account
Customer phone number
Customer email address

B. Visual Image Showing Proof of Status with Avis or National (only one of the items listed is required)

Monthly statement indicating membership status
Copy of credentials letter (membership kit)
Copy of a welcome letter
Member card with expiration date
