Mission Statement

The mission of the Small Business Program is to ensure that small business concerns have the maximum practical opportunity in supplying goods and services to meet the purchasing needs of the Institute.

The California Institute of Technology is committed to supporting small business suppliers in our purchasing programs. Accordingly, Caltech maintains a Small Business Program that is designed to reach out to the small business community and to give qualified suppliers a fair and equal opportunity to compete for Institute business.
