TECHMART ANNOUNCEMENT***
TechMart Users -
Effective Tuesday, June 24, 2008, TechMart will become an access.caltech
Common Sign On (CSO) application. To log in to TechMart,
you will need to use your access.caltech username and password.
TechMart users may know access.caltech as their IMSS account, the
same account used to log into Kronos, and My Personal Information.
The TechMart web address will not change.
Because TechMart will use your access.caltech password, TechMart
will no longer have its own password change function. If you do
not have an access.caltech account or you have forgotten your username
or password, please contact IMSS Help Desk at x3500 or help@caltech.edu
for assistance.

TECHMART
TechMart, Caltech's new e-Procurement solution, provides an efficient,
effective, and user-friendly electronic tool for ordering the Institute's
most commonly required products and services. The ability to select
products and services from multiple online supplier catalogs displaying
Institute negotiated contract pricing dramatically reduces the time
and effort required to order products and services.
Requisitioning through one tool streamlines the buying process
and allows for electronic routing for approvals. The system provides
access to detailed order history and reporting that allows Purchasing
Services to leverage the Institute's significant buying power and
recruit new preferred contract Suppliers.
These capabilities provide administration with spend control and
visibility tools, thus allowing Caltech to achieve cost savings
in both administration and contract compliance.
