Announcement – Updated Forms!

Due to increased fraudulent activities from outside sources, Payment Services has implemented steps to prevent payment scams. The following forms have been updated for security purposes and are accessible via the Caltech network or VPN only.

• International Wire Transfer Form
• Employee Direct Deposit Form
• Supplier Direct Deposit Form

Wire transfers to foreign individuals and suppliers are subject to additional internal audit to ensure payments are made to legitimate suppliers. Bank instructions may be subject to an authentication process in accordance with bank recommendations. These necessary steps may cause payment delays.
