The Procurement Services Support group is dedicated to providing the infrastructure that allows Procurement Services to work as an efficient procurement partnership. The group is responsible for the activities that cross purchasing and payment lines:

  • Procurement Hotline
  • Administrative Support (mail, payroll)
  • Updating Department Codes
  • Encumbrance Help
  • Imaging
  • Web Site Maintenance and Design

Our Hotline provides a single point of contact for questions pertaining to payment and purchasing transactions. The Hotline is operational Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
